1）Experienced in PIE work
1. To develop optimize process with TO, Modules, Device PDE teams
2. To define document control all process specification fthe product pass through all process area
3. To control of non-conformance (Internal as well as External) with proper root cause analysis instant preventive & Improvement actions
4. Continuous Process development in terms of product efficiency, quality, process window, reliability, Cost reduction, etc.
2）Job Description of SeniPIE
Expert in Process Integration: Loop Owners
1. To lead loop/team members to develop breakthrough critical processes aggressively
2. To co-work with team members to develop loop process effectively
3. Toganize whole loop PRS CIP efficiently
4. Manager Project transfers from various Aavid sites, Proper Equipment & Architecture selection etc.
