Job Description:
Design fuel cell engine support fseries production
• Collect input fmodule design systematically structurally from business stakehold-ers like customers. BoP parts management, supplier validation review, SOR(State of re-quirement) release criteria definition.
• Creation fuel cell engine sub module 3D-models, 2D-drawings BoM (Bill of Material). technical customer documentation installation guidelines.
• Lead Problem Solving (8D). Lead design optimization in cooperation with FEA valida-tion team.
• Lead DFMA discussion with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality department, supplier etc. Define CC/SC (critical characteristic/ special characteristic).
• Support of prototype series production manufacturing fnew product.
Job requirements, personal profile:
• Master of mechanical engineering similar education background.
• Min. 3 years of relevant design experience in the automotive industry, fuel cell engine integration is preferred. At least one full product development experience.
• Experience in CREO, DFMA, FMEA, 8D.
• Good English Skills in both “writtenal”.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible mobility is plus.
